Staff were friendly and efficient. We arrived in Agra after a 36h journey at 11am. Our room was not ready, but Mr Pawan and the staff prepared another room for us to rest and recharge in so that we didn’t have to wait in the lobby.
The roof top restaurant here were also very good, and the food quality was great. Really enjoyed the hospitality at hotel allivate Agra!
